We are a development company dedicated to the
redistribution and harvesting of our natural resources
to ensure the maximum use of it in an environmentally
sensitive manner. The company is devoted to two distinct
but related types of development - Land & Energy.
With the mass influx of people into southeastern USA, the
cities and rural residential suburbs are getting very
overcrowded. Many of us envisioned a simpler, slow paced
lifestyle when we moved into the tropics in the first place.
There still are many areas in the SE USA that one can live
in a rural setting and commute to the big city as needed.
Traditionally, the countryside was owned by a few very large
land-owners who were basically farmers. This did not allow
many new-comers the option of a country-style living.
Synergy Holdings has spent time to carefully evaluate and
understand the zoning rules of the various municipalities
and counties where a potential development is considered.
Our planners work closely with county and local governments
and regulatory bodies to create environmentally friendly
developments that offer our clients excellent land at or
below market value when first purchased. This allows these
properties to appreciate rapidly as the development is
finished up. By carefully evaluating demographic trends,
real estate prices and the rules in the counties where the
development is to be located we create excellent value for
our buyers. Typically our properties double or triple in
price within 1-3 years form the date of the first sale. Many
of our buyers are repeat purchasers as they appreciate the
nature of our developments and the professionalism with
which Synergy Holdings approaches the task. Our guiding
principle is integrity and we guarantee our clients that
they will be given the whole story the first time around.
Thank you for considering one of our properties as your next
investment. Please feel free to browse through the
properties shown here and contact us by email or phone at
the above location for additional information if you are
interested in looking further or if you would like to
discuss the advantages of acquiring a particular property. A
member of our team will gladly assist you and we would be
glad to provide any additional information you may need to
help make a decision. At Synergy, we firmly believe that an
informed client is the best client and we promise to always
give you the most complete information available to help you
make an informed decision.
Electricity can be generated form a variety of sources
including wind, solar, geothermal. tidal, hydro and biomass.
Renewable energy in the form of ethanol (gasohol) and
bio-diesel for fuel also has a huge potential for meeting
our future energy requirements.
Synergy focuses on large, infrastructure projects with
particular focus on hydro-electricity and biomass. We are
actively pursuing projects that offer an alternative to
fossil fuels such as ethanol from corn and/or sugarcane and
When using water to generate electricity, two things
dictate the success and productivity of the site:-
Head. This is the vertical drop that is available for the
water to develop pressure (potential energy) that can be
converted into kinetic energy and then electricity by the
Flow. The availability of water consistently to supply the
turbines. Typically a reservoir is used to regulate the flow
between the dry and wet season. Finding a site that has
consistent rainfall is key to keeping the reservoir small
and minimizes the environmental impact of the project.
Synergy is currently developing the
Falls Hydro-electric Project (AFHEP) in Guyana, South
The potential to use bio-mass from animal waste, to rice
mill waste, to wood waste all offer tremendous potential to
meeting our supplementing our seeming insatiable demand for
electricity. Using wood waste from sawmills, plywood
factories, lumbering operations or even a self-regenerating
tree farm offers an excellent source of converting wood
waste to electricity. In this type of energy plant the wood
is used as fuel for the boilers that then generate steam to
turn the turbine, generating electricity.
An alternative method of using bio-degradable waste is to
gasify the fuel (wood rice husk, etc) and use the
gasification process on a continuous basis to supply an
internal combustion engine that has been modified to run on
this type of fuel. Many developmental plants using this
promising technology are being tested and Synergy is working
on its own prototype with strategic partners.
